Simcoe Minor Lacrosse Alumni will answer parent questions regarding equipment etc, and give new players a tip or two they will take to their game.
All participants must have a caged helmet. If you have gloves, bring them along. You can use your hockey helmet and gloves!!
SMLA will provide a stick to borrow for the session for those who do not have one.
