Refunds will be issued if a request is submitted in writing prior to one month after the start of that playing season. After the first month, a refund will be issued upon written request for medical reasons only, with proper physician's documentation or if a player's residence is moving from SMLA jurisdiction.
Refunds are to be calculated using the following guideline:
Prior to start of regular season: Total registration fee
During first month of play: 80% refund less $50.00 administration fee
During months one and two: 50% refund less $50.00 administration fee
After the second month: any refund request will be at the discretion of the SMLA executive.
Injury withdrawals received will be treated on a case by case basis.
